A Sad attidtude story

Suresh, Dinesh, Ramesh and Mahesh, were friends from college days. Seen their good days, bad days been together for about 10 years. These guys used to meet regularly and hang out together almost daily.
One fine day Ramesh decided to take a trip and the guys along with their wives n kids, who were very familiar with each other as they had been interacting at many gatherings and outings. 4 families, 2 cars zoomed over to Shimla for a 3 day outing which was supposed to be a whole lot of fun as their previous outings had been.
After a smooth day, fun of fun after resting from travel, the tired kids went to bed. Suresh and Dinesh along with their wives sat n had a nice round of chit chat before they decided to crash into their beds. Just when all seems to go nice and fun filled, an argument crops up between Ramesh n Mahesh….takes a slight ugly turn and there is friction. Both curse each other, with wives left staring and wondering what went wrong. Bed time follows the bad mood….with both fuming with anger.

Patriotism, a shame???

We all know who Chanakya was and how shrewd and successful his policies were. I was reading his book the other day and there were so many things I agreed to but 1 thing which got me into a big confusion was his policy of patriotism, as per my understanding he says, if your country does not give you the pride to be associated with it the shun it and move on….although this is very impractical, it did get me thinking.
Me being such a patriotic guy, respect national symbols, get angry when people talk against my country and many such things. Is there any justification to it…??
Yes our sports has imporved tremendously, some big business tycoons are making news. But when it comes to almost all other things it is such a shameful and sorry figure of my motherland being portrayed. All the mass is busy in accumulating wealth and investing abroad and maintaining so called bulky balance in the very famous Swiss Bank.

Lazing for good…...ha ha ha !!!

It was a lazy Sunday noon, all my friends held up with their own stuff, I was held up with my favorite time pass….lazing around on the bed J
Could there be a business model where only lazy people excel? Now this thought struck to my mind and I was puzzled, shocked….. I started giving it more thought and understood. People can be lazy physically (like I am) but in my case I keep thinking about something or the other while I laze around. Could there be people who are mentally lazy too?? As in; “I’m too lazy to think” kinds?
But even if you consider only the first category, leaving the second to laze in peace, these loafers still have their minds running constantly on something. Now the challenge is to get a group of people (lazy people) who think alike, give them an ideal condition to laze and harness the thought process or thinking energy and put it to use.

No Time...?? Shame on you...!!!

Mmmm…. I dunno what is it with people who say “I do not have time..”

I have always had different approach about general issues in life. And it is the same on the time issue too. Lot of people say they are very busy and do not have time very proudly, but is it not a matter of shame?

It’s a shame that people do not realize this and go on telling proudly that they are too busy or do not have time. I spoke to a few people who said they do not have time, and asked them what the things they do at work are? Most of them wasted about 2hrs at work doing literally nothing. I’m no exception, when I asked myself even I was at fault.

So what is it that needs to change to make sure we do not crib about time? Giving a deeper thought we would realize it all depends on the attitude towards work. If you like what you are doing and enjoy it, you finish more in a much lesser time frame. This results in you having more work. But on the darker side, if you do not like what you do, you are lethargic, lack engery and enthusiasm and result in taking more time to accomplish a task (even the quality might be affected).

So I think it is a safe enough relation to derive if you have no time there are high chances that

  1. You do not like the work you are doing,
  2. You are a pathetic time manager
  3. You have been an over ambitious fool in chewing more than you can swallow

Hello World...

This being my first post, I would like to just introduce my self to the world. I am Nithin Pawar, a freelance business consultant operating under the banner of Virbisol. Being a typical Cancerian, Im most of the time speak less, observe a lot kind of a person. But when Im with a comfortable company, I talk a lot. I just love to make people smile, always ready to hear out and lend a supportive shoulder if need be. I always look out for opportunities to do something for the society, my country, always try to keep my city clean and try to do my bit to save Earth.

Patriotism is something which flows in my blood and being a rational and practical thinker (I think I can say that for myself....) I really get annoyed with people who do not respect India or anything related.

My interests vary with time and do not last for very long time. They are highly depend on the mood I would be in. Yes, I do smoke and drink, if it is something that matters although I feel it should not.
